Comedy in Cambodia presents a Cambodian tour for world traveller Fedor Ikelaar with shows at The Cruise Coffee in Kampot on Saturday 10, Ambar in Siem Reap on Wednesday 14 and Speak Easy Theater in Phnom Penh on Saturday 17.
Tribe Cambodia reopens in Siem Reap this Sunday 11 with a Buddhist monk blessing and meeting of artists into the evening. Initially the gallery will be open Friday-Sunday 12-8 and all other times by appointment.

At Meta House on 13 February is the opening of Cambodia: Cuts and Colours by German painter and printmaker Mathias Muehle. “The basis of his cuts and prints are commonplace, inconspicuous, and sometimes even banal objects and scenes of ordinary daily life. For the creation of his artworks, he uses partly his own drawings and sketches as well as photographic snapshots or found images from different media. Newspapers, magazines, or the internet are included.”

Java Café Tuol Tom Pong has announced that Sophiline Cheam Shapiro’s groundbreaking work Samritechak is returning to the Java stage in Toul Tom Poung on February 23, 24 and 25. More details as they come to hand.

Khmer Architecture Tours conducts Sunday architecture tours in Phnom Penh to promote the understanding of modern architecture in Cambodia, focusing on buildings erected after independence in 1953, described as ‘New Khmer Architecture’, while setting these in the historical context of Phnom Penh.
