Commencing Thursday 17 and continuing to Sunday 20, Bophana Center and the French Institute present Carte Blanche to Rithy Panh, French-Cambodian film director and co-founder of Bophana Centre screenings of seven films including his own La France est notre Patrie (France is our mother country) and The Missing Picture.
