The annual International Music Festival Phnom Penh presents fine western classical music performed by both Cambodian and international artists.  This series is, in itself, a notable event in the cultural calendar of Phnom Penh, as it strives to build and support support a dialogue between various musical cultures, and to promote modern Cambodia’s vibrant cultural life.
