Grey. “… offers the viewer the chance to visit realms of an alternate reality, envisaging people and worlds beyond our conventional understanding. Expanding on myths, religious concepts, and fiction, the exhibition explores the concept that reality is not singular but a construct shaped by our sensory perceptions and altered by our emotional responses. This series posits that reality is inherently individual, suggesting a profound absence of universal truth.” Until 31 August.

Multi-media exhibition, Voices, featuring paintings, photos, sculptures and digital art by female artists: Kaeu Sreypeou, Ny Sreyroth, Sou Sophy, Sopheak Sao, Vicheka Kol, Sopheak Lach, Sokreaksa Bung, Jinfeng Lin and Rathanita Ny from Cambodia, Amy Lee Sanford (Cam/USA), Emily Markiss (USA), Ame Kunty (France), Aurélie Fischer (Belgium) and Anya Minko (Australia/Thailand). Slideshows by late Australian photographer Tim Page, Steve Porte (USA), Nicolas Lainez (France/Spain) and Choun Sopheap (Cambodia) focus on women’s lives in Cambodia from the early 2000s up until now. The NGOs Daughters of Cambodia and A21 will show handicraft and artworks made by women who have survived violence. Until July 21.

Khmer Architecture Tours conducts Sunday architecture tours in Phnom Penh to promote the understanding of modern architecture in Cambodia, focusing on buildings erected after independence in 1953, described as ‘New Khmer Architecture’, while setting these in the historical context of Phnom Penh. Here is the schedule for February – May.
